For our Premium Business-Grade Internet Plans, we have a number of different ways to connect your premises to our network, subject to your location. These access types include our own ONQ Fibre and Fixed Microwave network (in select locations), nbn Enterprise Ethernet, or Extended Reach via our wholesale relationships with other Telecommunications carriers. Either way, it’ll be highly likely that we will have an option to deliver you our Premium Business-Grade Internet service!

Absolutely. Our SLA (Service Level Agreement) provides guarantees on our service performance and uptime. We are so confident in the quality and reliability of our service, in the event that service levels aren’t met, you’ll be entitled to claim compensation (in the form of credits).

If we’ve previously installed our Fixed Wireless or Fibre infrastructure at your premises, in some cases we can have you online in as little as a week. Other locations may involve installation by our staff or contractors. We will be able to provide a service delivery lead-time as part of our service qualification process.

Our Managed Router of choice is the Juniper SRX series.

You’re more than welcome to use either your own router, or a Managed Router supplied by us. Please note that our troubleshooting and support capabilities will be somewhat limited if the router isn’t supplied and managed by our team.

If selecting a Managed Router from ONQ, we can provide either 4G or NBN (or both!) as automatic failover options.
